How did you find out about BOMITO?
“To be honest, my wife introduced me to it. She works in the commercial management of a company in the catering industry. And it is precisely in this sector that BOMITO is already quite widespread.”
What was your first impression of BOMITO?
As always, I was optimistic and skeptical. But from the first few clicks in BOMITO I realized what a lucky move we had made.”
What do you mean by lucky move?
“Well, secretly we were all hoping that at some point someone would take over this standard manual work for us and that we would currently waste significantly less time with clarifications and requests for documentation. And here I had the solution in front of my eyes.”
What do you see as an unexpected advantage?
“BOMITO naturally learns from us, and it also brings incredible efficiency to the systems. Nothing is missing and nothing is lost. The best thing is that the application is super-fast, clearly structured and extremely easy to use.”
How do your accountants view the use of BOMITO?
“After initial skepticism, everyone who works with it becomes enthusiastic. For this reason, we are trying to convince more and more clients to use BOMITO because BOMITO makes life easier for everyone involved.”
Is there anything wrong with using BOMITO?
“No, I can’t think of anything. On the contrary – the clients enjoy massive advantages in many business processes. I estimate that the overall internal saving in a business for administration can actually be reduced by 70% or more. This means that BOMITO pays off for the clients from the first day.”
What influence does BOMITO have in respect of accounting?
“The learning and almost automated account assignment obviously saves a lot of time. Everything happens almost in real time. We don’t have to wait for receipts and folders or make phone calls afterwards. That’s the advantage of real digitalisation.”
And how does BOMITO get along with DATEV®?
“Everything goes together absolutely seamlessly and it’s reliable. The transfer of account assignments and new creditors from BOMITO to DATEV takes place with just one click and is initiated by us. The payments are automatically posted to the creditors via digital account statements. BOMITO even provides a convenient receipt link for DATEV. This saves a lot of work and effort.”
How difficult is it to start with BOMITO?
“It was much easier than we thought. BOMITO sales taught us how to operate and set up all user rights. Two hours later, our client advisors and accountants were working with BOMITO. It actually started straight away.”
Do you recommend BOMITO to your colleagues?
Yes, of course! I can only advise every tax office and every accounting service that works with DATEV to take a look at BOMITO. If I understand it correctly, BOMITO is currently developing a partner program for DATEV® law firms.“
